Description: This committee will proceed as usual with the planning of the Annual Convention, Clay Shoot, Fall Golf Tournament and Christmas Banquet. The Associate of the Year and Producer of the Year awards; the Scholarship Award (Adam Freeman, Chair); Essay Contest; and a new Recognition Program will now fall under this committee.

2. BEST PRACTICES AND EDUCATION

Description: This committee will tackle the educational element of the association with a focus on the recovering market. The committee looks to hold group discussions and roundtable meetings with a focus on the recovering market and operations, sales and finance of an independent producer. This committee will also host the newly established Codes Committee.

Description: This committee will continue to monitor and direct the eNewsletter and website, but the main focus of this group will be improving FICAP’s political presence and targeting new members. A subgroup, the FICAP PC, will continue to participate in the Concrete Coalition, participate in Concrete Days, and help our members gain comfort and ease interacting with legislators.
